RETURN POLICY b.j.elecetroics.com offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer's return policies. International orders are non-returnable. If product is listed as non-returnable, it will not be accepted back. All refused shipments, non-defective and defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for paying any freight charge and 20% restocking fee caused by refused shipment, unclaimed goods, shipments returned by carrier due to natural disaster, incorrect address, unavailability of recipient to sign for package and any other reasons out of b.j.electronics control. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount in case of return or refusal of order shipped with free ground shipping promotion.
